These potent hour-long sessions are like a nourishing top-up for your soul. Each week I’ll kick things off with a guided meditation. I will then delve into the week’s topic, and share my personal techniques to help you break through health challenges and squeeze the most out of life. I’ll wrap up with an interactive Q&A session, where you’ll get a chance to ask me about anything that’s got you stumped and stuck.
